Yes, our price includes all meals, accommodation, and activities. You can enjoy a comprehensive experience without any additional charges. We are committed to providing a one-stop service that allows you to effortlessly enjoy your outdoor adventure. Do you have tours every week？
Yes, we offer tours every week. We have a regular schedule of tours throughout the year to accommodate different preferences and availability. A minimum of 6 participants is required for a tour on weekdays.. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, we have options available for you to choose from. Please contact our customer support for specific dates and availability.
What is the minimum group size for the tours?
The minimum number of adults required for camping trips is 8. However, the group size can be adjusted based on special circumstances. If you have specific requirements such as booking the entire trip, proposing marriage, or celebrating a birthday party, and your group has fewer than 10 people, please inform our customer service about your special situation.
What should we do if we can't meet the minimum group size requirement?
You can contact customer service to discuss the desired time for joining the tour and provide information about the current number of participants. They can assist you in forming a group or provide options to join existing groups. Additionally, you may consider joining our group formation chat where participants can connect and form groups together.
请问什么是拼团？什么是包团？
拼团更适合想要结交新朋友的个人与小团体。「逃野半岛」会协助各个想要拼团的岛民们拼满出团人数。 包团更适合公司团建或者大团体。如果您的团体满足10人的出团要求则可以不与他人拼团而选择包团出行。
请问活动的具体地点在哪里？
每周的活动地点都会不一样，当您决定好出行日期时，客服会告知您当周活动的大体位置，您交完订金进入出团群后领队会把详细的集合地点与活动地点发到群里。
请问可以带宠物吗？
一般的情况下是可以的。不过不同的项目与地点对宠物朋友的政策不一样，所以如果您想要带上你的毛孩子请联系客服当周的团是否允许。
请问我需要付全款来预定吗？需要什么时候预约？
建议大家如果日期可以定下来的尽早预约，我们有些时候会排期较满，有些周末甚至提前两三个月就预定出去了尤其是旺季
（6月-8月），建议至少提前2-3周以上。添加客服微信预定，预定成功以交定金为准。
如果我没有车能出团吗?
当然可以的，但是需要额外收取一个交通的费用，费用根据您出发的地点和当周出团地点而定，详情请咨询客服。
请问疫情期间有任何政策吗？
在「逃野半岛」，我们一定是以岛民们的安全作为优先考虑，出行前会提前需要大家签署一份出团条款，内容包含政府对于COVID-19的条款和限制，让我们可以愉快出行。
请问因为突发事件无法参加活动怎么办？
如果您因为不可控因素无法出团，请尽快联系客服为您保留订金。
请问如果天气不好怎么办？
若出团期间全天下雨量大于10mm则无法出行可为大家保留全部订金，若天气还可以的情况下领队会在群里和大家共同决定是否出团。
关于露营
请问帐篷与床如何分配呢？
领队会根据出团的人数与男女比例为大家准备帐篷。我们可以为您和您的朋友或家人安排自己的帐篷。
一般情况下是2-3人一个帐篷因为每一个帐篷可以放下2-3张床。我们也会根据大家的需求准备Twin Bed 或者 Queen Bed。
请问露营的时候吃什么呢？
逃野半岛会在您出团前的1天为大家购买新鲜的食材。当周具体的菜单领队会在出团群里告知您。如果您有食物过敏请提前告知领队。
取消政策/退款
请问你们的取消政策是什么？
出团前需交付定金以预留出团位置。订金交付72小时内可退全部订金，订金交付72小时后订金不可退。
